Safety first
Never send these
- Seed phrases or recovery words
- Private keys or wallet passwords
- Login codes, passwords, or account recovery details
- Bank, card, or government identification numbers
We will never ask for any of these. A message that asks for them is not from us.
Plate 27 · Replies
What helps us reply
- Name the page and section, such as the custody section of the field guide.
- Quote the sentence you have a question about.
- For calculator questions, list the inputs you used and the result you saw.
- Tell us what you expected to find, if that helps us see the gap.
Our replies are educational. We cannot give personal financial, legal, or medical advice. For that, speak with a licensed professional in your area.

Corrections
If a figure, definition, or explanation is wrong, tell us the page and the sentence. We fix errors in place and describe the change on the page where it happened.
Corrections matter most to us because readers often act on a page before they re-check it. Thank you for helping us keep the record accurate.
